You Are Not Alone

Parent Coaching Program

The You Are Not Alone: Parent Coaching Program is a new, online initiative to provide support to parents and guardians during these challenging times. Developed by our academic interventionists and psychologists, this program consists of one-hour sessions, once a week for three weeks, on a theme of your choice. In addition to the small group sessions, we are offering a private, one-on-one consultation with the group facilitator to discuss family-specific concerns and develop individualized strategies to cope with the various stressors you may be experiencing.

Each themed package is $100 and features:

1. Three sessions with structured content on a themed topic (one session per week), led by expert facilitators

2. Small groups to ensure high-quality, individualized content (up to 5 parents per group)

3. Resources and take-home materials to support your family

4. A private, one-on-one consultation with our facilitator to develop family-specific strategies, which can be booked at any point between sessions
